2Refund/Returns and Other Policies?
Refunds If your event didn't go as planned, you have 7 days to request a full refund. Within 60 days of the event date: 75% refund to your original payment method. Contact support@alphares.net or call 858-522-0032 to start the process. We take every request seriously and want you to be fully satisfied. Reschedules You can reschedule once. Just contact our support team and we’ll help. If we can’t accommodate your new date, you can either: Choose another available date Receive a 90% refund Cancellation Event within 60 days: 75% refund Event with more than 60 days’ notice: 100% refund
3Financing Options?
Financing is currently available for our pre-made packages only. You can choose to pay over time using Klarna or Affirm during checkout.
4Can I customize a package?
Yes! We offer custom packages tailored to your event. Custom packages are not currently eligible for financing, but you can discuss details with our team to find the perfect fit.
