A: We understand plans can change. Here's a quick overview of our policies:Full Refund: Available within 3 calendar days of booking.Cancellation Fee: After 3 days, a 25% cancellation fee applies.No Reservation Refunds: If canceled within 30 days of the event date.Special Exceptions: Full refunds may be issued for emergencies (with documentation).Reschedules: One free reschedule allowed with at least 15 days' notice. Additional changes may incur a fee.Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Financing is currently available for our pre-made packages only.You can choose to pay over time using Klarna or Affirm during checkout.
